Do I have to enter my credit card information to shop?

You can shop with wire transfer and credit card from our webpage. Every shopping you do on our website is 100% safe. Our system is protected by the world famous security company Comodo Secure. Within 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security, your credit card number cannot be viewed and/or reached by anybody other than you. At the moment you enter your credit card number, information related to your number is encrypted and sent to the bank. It is not possible for third parties, including our company, to view or access your information. Your card information is only between you and the bank.

I have placed my order, what shall I do next?

You can shop with wire transfer and credit card from our webpage. 1) For the orders you have placed with payment through wire transfer, you have to make the payment to one of the account numbers communicated to you, in 3 working days. Please keep in mind that you need to write the order number in the explanation part during the payment transaction. Please fill out the Payment Notification Form after the checkout process so that the order process can run faster. 2) You don’t have to make any transactions for the orders you placed using credit card. You will receive information about your order status at your e-mail address or our customer service will inform you by phone/ e-mail.

What are the delivery options for my shopping?

The products that you ordered and paid for will be delivered to the cargo company within 7 working days at the latest. Currently, cargo is our only delivery option. In special circumstances, you can receive your orders from our store, office or by calling our customer service. Click for our address information.
