RETURN TERMS

You can return the product within 15 days from the date of receipt. Returns are not accepted for international orders, except for faulty products. The products you want to return must be unused, unwashed, unscratched, unstained and have not lost their resaleability feature. It is important that the returned product is sent with its original box and shaking card as soon as it reaches you.

It is possible to change color or size for the product you receive. Due to the limited stock of the products sold and the handmade production of the products, the exchange process is completed depending on the stock status. If you send the product to us, the necessary exchange process will be started.

The entire price of the product you have purchased in installments is returned to your credit card by Altezzoso within 10 days.

If the products you send are not within the scope of return, no refund will be made and the shipping fee will not be covered by Altezzoso.
